One of the way how to overcome breathing trouble for asthma desease are :
A. Shoulder Breathing
1. Stay in stand position
2. Take breathing deeply
3. Take chin to chest
4. Take both shoulder up ahead
Repeat above step 4-5 times
B. Chest Breathing
1. Stay in stand position
2. Up your head slowly and breath
3. Hold a minutes your breath
4. Back to normal position and release your breath slowly
Repeat above step 4-6 times
